As a barista, it gets undeniably easy to get caught up in the hectic barista life.  The long hours and rude customers can make it easy to forget to appreciate the small things in life that can put a smile on our faces.  But for one barista, everyday is beautiful.

Meet Sam.  Sam is a Starbucks Barista diagnosed with autism, making standing still quite difficult, so he dances instead.  After a Facebook post showing off Sam's moves spread around the internet, he has become quite the overnight-celebrity.

The video, originally posted by Carly Fleischmann, who also has autism wrote:

"I would like to introduce you to a young teenager named Sam.

When he was offered a position to work at Starbucks Sam told his parents that for the first time in his life., that his life had real meaning.

Sam was diagnosed with autism and like some people with autism Sam has a movement disorder. Sam has a hard time keeping his body still.

Sam never thought that he would be able to work behind the bar because of his sudden movements but his manager Chris believed in him and got Sam to channel his movements into dance.

It has taken Sam and Chris a lot of shifts and hours to get Sam to do what he is doing in the video. Sam is now known as the dancing barista. If it wasn't for Chris believing in Sam he would of never believed in himself."

Sam's manager at Starbucks, Chris, who is also in the video, is the man behind making this opportunity a reality for Sam.  If it weren't for his dedication to Sam's growth, Sam wouldn't have been able to thrive behind bar due to his constant movement.  As we all know at Barista Life, we do love a barista who's always movin'!

"When he was offered the position at Starbucks, Sam told his parents that his life had meaning for the first time, according to the Facebook post. Many of us don't appreciate the stability of employment — taking for granted that we have something to wake up and work towards every day." (attn.com)

Take Sam as an example to always be grateful for not only having a job, but for being blessed in more ways than just one.  There's always time to stop and smell the roses...or in this case, the coffee.

Dance away Sam, Barista Life supports your journey
